Meet The Management Team
Paul Mitchinson, Managing Director:
A time-served engineer and experienced manager, Paul has worked for more than two decades in the engineering services industry. In his current role he is responsible for the day-to-day running of MASfabs fabrication facility at Bowburn.
Prior to MASfab, he spent several years in senior roles at engineering firms across the North of England, including MCWare Mechanical, Cordell Group, Hertel Project Services and Henderson Process Systems.
During that time he was responsible for up to 120 staff and successfully managed several high-profile engineering projects on time and to budget.
Sharon West, Director:
Sharon started working in accounts offices straight from college and over the years moved from service industries in manufacturing, gaining management experience with each role.
Paul and Sharon worked together for a number of years prior to starting MASfab.
People
Supported by a strong and knowledgeable team with skills which include 2 CSWIP welding inspectors, 6GR welders, platers and support engineers, we adopt a 'will do', 'can do', 'no problem' mentality. We have the commitment of our entire staff to deliver on our promises.
